KITTITAS VALLEY HEALTHCARE seeks a Patient Service Representative for General & Vascular Surgery. This full-time, on-site role handles reception, medical records, referrals, pre-authorizations, and scheduling, working closely with clinicians and external partners.

Required are a high school diploma and at least one year of administrative or customer service experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of medical terminology are essential.

The Patient Service Representative is an integral part of the healthcare team. They will be responsible for reception duties, medical records, referrals, pre-authorizations, and scheduling. This position is also required to work closely with the healthcare team, KVH personnel and external customers.

What is required...

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Certified Medical Administrative Assistant from the National Healthcareer Association

Wage: Wage range currentlystarts at $19.62/hour and goes up to $29.74/hour. Actual wage will be based on years' of applicable experience.
