Job summary

Adoration Health is seeking a Patient Services Coordinator (Non-Clinical) to schedule home visits for field staff and support patient care coordination under the Clinical Manager. The role aims to optimize clinical resource utilization and improve center capacity while keeping open lines of communication with patients, field staff, and leadership.

The position requires at least a high school diploma or GED and 1 year of healthcare administrative experience, with scheduling experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Scheduling experience in healthcare settings is required.
• Administrative experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Experience coordinating with clinical staff and patients is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient assessment visits and Oasis visits in a timely manner.
• Prepare weekly clinical schedules and review daily for capacity and productivity.
• Assign clinicians to geographic areas matching care needs and capacity.
• Reschedule missed visits within the current week or escalate to Clinical Manager.
• Collaborate with field clinicians to ensure visits are scheduled and completed.
• Handle scheduling-related calls from patients and staff and refer issues as needed.
• Monitor hospitalized patients and ensure appropriate follow-up.
• Complete schedules with required orders and services, e.g., labs and add-on visits.
• Maintain supply closet and coordinate field supply needs.
• Support Clinical Manager in timely communication with patients and staff.
• Run reports and take appropriate workflow actions.
• Assist with patient transfers between care centers and Hospice services.
