Job summary

Revo Health in Maple Grove, MN is hiring a Patient Services Representative to handle patient registration, check-in, and essential clinical support duties at our Maple Grove location. This full-time on-site role follows a Mon-Thu 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM schedule and Fri 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM.

You will greet patients, verify insurance, schedule appointments, and manage chart preparation while maintaining HIPAA compliance and strong communication with patients and staff.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Customer Service experience required.
• Administrative or Medical Office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients; collect co-payments, pre-payments, insurance information, and photo ID.
• Verify and document insurance information as defined by current business practices.
• Accurate and timely scheduling of new and existing patients in the current practice management system.
• Communicate all pertinent information to patients, including: appointment information, directions, check-in times, referral information and copayments.
• Chart preparation and management.
• Maintain a working knowledge of health care plan requirements and health plan networks.
• Maintain timely communication with patients, families, and staff.
• Rotation of Switchboard Operator duties which include: accepting, handling and transferring calls, coordination of interpreters for clinic appointments, and coordination of patient referrals.
• Any and all other duties as assigned.

Description

The Patient Services Representative is responsible for patient registration and check in as well as clinical support duties.

This is a full-time role, Monday - Thursday 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM, Friday 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, out of our Maple Grove location.

Twin Cities Orthopedics is an operating division of Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health), a group of local medical practices, owned and led by its physicians, on a mission to give patients more control over their healthcare.

Essential Functions:

• Greet and register patients; collect co-payments, pre-payments, insurance information, and photo ID

Benefits & Compensation:

• Actual starting pay will vary based on education, skills, and experience.
• A $1,500 sign-on bonus will be offered for select roles, payable on first paycheck with a 12-month commitment. Internal applicants are not eligible for the sign-on bonus.

Working Conditions:

• Frequentlylift up to 50 pounds independently and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Requires the ability to stand, walk, bend, and move continuously throughout the shift.
• Must be able to frequently perform physical activities such as pushing, pulling, and reaching.
• Visual acuity to read electronic and paper documents.
• Auditory ability to participate in phone or video calls clearly.
• Manual dexterity to operate standard office equipment (e.g., computer, phone, printer).
