You will greet patients, verify insurance benefits, collect payments, maintain confidential documents, and collaborate with providers and the practice manager while upholding HIPAA and OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Medical Administrative Assistant certificate a plus.
• 1+ year of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and multitasking in a busy environment.
• Experience using EMR software, EPIC preferred.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, including some weekends and holidays.
• Team-oriented, proactive, patient-focused customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
