HealthPoint is seeking a Float Patient Services Representative I for temporary coverage (October–December 2026). You will perform all front office duties across HealthPoint locations, including phone work, patient registration, data entry, and payment collection, while delivering exceptional customer service.

Hours/Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30a – 5:30p, one late night shift per week (either Tuesday or Wednesday, 10a – 7p), Saturdays 7:30a – 1:30p (about 1x/month)

Position Summary:
Responsible for performing all site front office functions including incoming and outgoing phone activities, appointment scheduling, patient registration, computer data entry, collection of payments, maintaining health records, and serves as an example of excellent customer service to patients, family members, and community partners.
