HealthPoint is seeking an IT Helpdesk Specialist to provide first-line support for computer systems, software and hardware. You will respond to inquiries by phone, email or ticketing system and assist internal staff, including remote workers.
Compensation is dependent on skills and experience. You will manage accounts through Active Directory, troubleshoot Microsoft Office and Windows, install software, and participate in hardware upgrades.

Upon hire, employees must provide proof of their immunizations and/or immune titer results prior to starting or no later than their fifth (5) business day of employment.
