Job summary

Ovation Fertility in Cincinnati, Ohio, is seeking a Patient Services Representative to join our team. You will welcome patients and visitors, answer and triage incoming calls, and schedule appointments using our computerized system while maintaining accurate records.

This role emphasizes compassionate customer service, managing patient accounts and insurance information, and supporting a collaborative, mission‑driven network of fertility specialists across the US.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a hospital or medical office setting.
• Phone call experience in an office or medical office setting.
• Extensive knowledge of insurance/benefits, medical terminology and medical billing.
• Women’s health, OB/GYN, or Fertility experience preferred.
• Knowledge of office procedures and office machines (i.e. computer, fax, copier, etc.).
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to communicate accurately and concisely.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in an ever-changing environment.

Opportunity Overview

We have an immediate opening for a Patient Services Representative to join our team at Ovation Fertilityin Cincinnati, Ohio.

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with every third weekend and 2 to 3 holidays per year

In this role, the Patient Services Representative will:
