Job summary

Eye Health America is seeking a front-desk assistant for The Eye Associates, a growing ophthalmology practice in the Southeast. You will greet patients, verify insurance, update demographics, and assist with check-out and scheduling. Overtime may be required and hours vary with doctors’ schedules.

  • Handle patient check-out processes, including processing charges and scheduling next appointments.

  • Maintain and balance a personal cash drawer daily.
  • Evaluate chart data for completeness and accuracy.

Requirements
