Job summary

Main Line Health in Media, PA is seeking a Patient Service Representative to be the first friendly face for patients, greeting them and guiding them through check-in and scheduling.

The PSR will serve as liaison between patients and staff, keep charts organized, and support office operations while upholding quality patient care.

The role offers tuition reimbursement up to $6,000 annually, up to 120 hours of paid time off, employee discounts, and free parking on site.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of office experience required.
• Knowledge of insurance payers and medical terminology preferred.
• Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook for calendars, mail merges, and data maintenance.
