Job summary

AQUARIUS is seeking a Patient Services Representative to serve as the primary contact for patients across facilities in the Dayton area. You will manage check-in, scheduling, registrations, insurance verification, authorizations, copays, and patient records while ensuring HIPAA compliance.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, EPIC experience, and at least 6 months of healthcare experience, with strong customer service and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED - Minimum Required; Associates Degree - Preferred Degree.
• EPIC experience is required.
• 6 months+ of healthcare experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train others as needed.
