Job summary

CorroHealth Inc. is seeking a Patient Services Rep - Registration for the Kona, Hawaii site to handle patient registrations, eligibility verification, and documentation in a compliant, client-focused environment.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and the ability to work independently across 7/24 shifts in a hospital setting. Training, HIPAA compliance, and knowledge of healthcare regulations will be provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Solid customer service experience in healthcare or related field.
• Ability to handle HIPAA and privacy regulations.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and verify health plan coverage.
• Document demographics and insurance information accurately.
• Coordinate with access registration, insurance verification and authorizations.
• Follow up with physicians and payers on eligibility and authorizations.
• Maintain documentation and comply with all regulations.
