Job summary

CorroHealth Inc. seeks a Patient Services Rep - Registration to join our on-site team in Kona, HI. The role focuses on patient registration post-clinic triage, privacy compliance, and accurate health plan data entry.

Responsibilities include verifying coverage, liaising with physicians and payers, and ensuring timely follow-up while maintaining high data quality and regulatory adherence. This position offers multiple shifts and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient with hospital registration or billing systems.
• Experience with HIPAA, TCPA and related regulations is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and verify health plan coverage.
• Document patient demographics accurately in the system.
• Coordinate with insurance payers for eligibility and authorizations.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, FDCPA, Privacy Act and other regulations.
• Meet productivity targets while ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Attend training and apply updates to daily routines.
