Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of Access Registration or front office physician healthcare experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in hospital or physician operations.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Exceed productivity standards as outlined by the business line.
• Complete patient registration by obtaining and verifying health plan coverage.
• Document patient demographics and health plan information accurately.
• Support access registration, insurance verification and authorizations.
• Follow up with physicians or payers on eligibility and authorizations.
• Maintain quality scoring and accuracy on all accounts.
• Prioritize work with minimal oversight to meet goals.
