Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital in Valencia, California, is seeking a Patient Services Representative who will function as the Birth Certificate Clerk. You will ensure timely processing of birth certificates and related documents with accuracy, privacy, and compliance with applicable laws.

The role requires HIPAA knowledge, strong typing and communication skills, and the ability to work independently as part of a compassionate team dedicated to patient service.

Job Summary

The Patient Services Rep functions as the Birth Certificate Clerk and is responsible for timely processing and completion of birth certificates and required documents related to birth; ensuring documents are completed with the highest level of accuracy, privacy, and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

• Current BLS provider card

Education:
