As a Patient Service Representative (PSR), you will be a key member of the practice team, partnering with physicians, managers, and support staff to deliver an exceptional patient experience and ensure efficient day-to-day operations.

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and relevant experience and/or training. Candidates must demonstrate a clear understanding of the importance of patient satisfaction and safety and possess strong oral and written communication skills. Preferred qualifications include an Associate's or Bachelor's degree, 1-2 years of previous medical receptionist or general office experience, and knowledge of medical terminology and electronic medical record (EMR) systems. Travel to partner Stirling site may be required based on business needs.
Schedule: Day shift, Monday through Friday 9AM-5:30PM, rotating Saturdays 9AM-3PM. Hours subject to change based on practice's needs.
