Qualifications

• Knowledge of medical billing procedures.
• Medical office software experience.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Basic ICD-9 and CPT coding knowledge (preferred).

• Provides strong communication and excellent customer service to patients and the community.
• Process admissions paperwork and basic insurance verification for hospital billing systems.
• Answer internal and external calls in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems promptly.
