Genesis HealthCare, Inc. is seeking a Receptionist at our Albuquerque nursing center. You will be the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and staff, handling calls, greeting guests, and supporting mail and clerical tasks.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong English skills, and excellent communication. Proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides is required to perform daily administrative duties and ensure smooth center operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Proficient with Google Docs, Sheets, Slides.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls professionally and courteously and redirect them appropriately.
• Warmly welcome, greet and direct patients, visitors, and guests.
• Coordinate outgoing and incoming mail.
• Maintain current lists of patients/residents by name/room number and employees by names/phone extension.
• Order supplies and performs other clerical duties as assigned.
