Job summary

Harboroaks is seeking a healthcare supervisor to plan, manage and coordinate patient support services. You will lead the staff, monitor performance, and respond to emergencies while ensuring efficient department operations and strong communication with medical teams.

The role includes hiring, training, budgeting and reporting to support program goals, with emphasis on patient safety and quality initiatives within the facility.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in human services preferred.
• CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required; first aid may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise patient support staff across shifts.
• Monitor performance, provide feedback and coaching to staff.
• Respond to emergencies and manage daily operations of the unit.
• Oversee hiring, development, training and performance management of staff.
• Maintain communication with medical staff and leadership to support mission and goals.
• Handle administrative tasks, budgeting and reporting for programs.
