Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years supervisory/management experience preferred.
• 5 years working in a healthcare or pharmacy environment required.
• National Certification as a CPhT preferred.
• Experience communicating with healthcare professionals.
• Ability to manage performance without compromising quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned Specialty Liaison team to ensure high-quality patient experiences.
• Coach and develop liaison team, instilling Shields culture.
• Provide ongoing performance coaching, training, and feedback.
• Facilitate communication between liaisons and clinic teams.
• Proactively identify and implement improvement initiatives.
