Job summary

Premier Radiology, a Radiology Partners practice, seeks a front desk operations leader in the Greater Nashville area. You’ll register patients, manage scheduling in Epic and RIS/PAC, and train staff while maintaining knowledge of the practice management system.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of work experience, preferably within a medical office setting.
• Solid understanding of Medical Terminology
• Knowledge of clinical policies including safety, privacy, and HIPAA regulations
• Positive attitude and patient‑focused mindset

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the front desk division.
• Assist the Patient Service Representative staff in registering new patients and former patients to schedule their appointments using Epic and the RIS/PAC system.
• Maintains current knowledge of the practice management system and other related procedures to effectively train employees and maintain up-to-date training materials.
• Identifies procedural or training issues. Communicates appropriately to the management staff regarding these and/or other issues.
• Fill in at front desk as needed
