Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead Patient Services Specialists and other assigned staff.
• Direct, schedule and assist in the training of staff; provide feedback to supervisor on staff's performance.
• Monitor daily performance dashboard; call waiting, queues, abandon rate and ensure daily work complete and accurate.
• Identify and resolve problems or unusual situations; recommend changes as necessary.
• Monitor and evaluate policies and procedures to suggest operational changes.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of provider and clinic schedules.
• Perform the work of the Patient Services Specialist 1, 2, and 3.
