You’ll collaborate across IT, CEI, Analytics, and Compliance, contribute to quality monitoring and data insights, and gain hands-on experience in healthcare operations within a biotech setting.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, Social Work, Nursing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Interest in patient access, healthcare operations, or health technology.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and proactive with a willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Document and map current workflows across onboarding, support and affordability programs.
• Support process simplification and automation with guidance from Process Optimization.
• Participate in small-scale process improvement initiatives for patient and provider experiences.
• Assist with data entry and validation in CRM systems, and generate basic reports.
