Job summary

Genmab is offering a 10-week Standards and Systems Intern role in Princeton, NJ, with a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 remote). The intern will gain hands-on experience in clinical data management, CRF design, edit checks, and data governance while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support Genmab’s drug development efforts.

Interns will work with the Standards & Systems team to understand regulatory requirements, contribute to process improvements, and complete assigned tasks

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a Bachelor or Master’s program in Health Sciences, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Genuine interest in clinical research and drug development.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meetings within the standards and systems group.
• Assist in intake, review, and documentation of Standards Change Requests.
• Participate in validation activities for CRFs and edit checks.
• Update and maintain the Genmab Standard CRF Template and AMU Guide.
• File standards and system documentation within eTMF and ensure inspection readiness.
• Process ServiceNow requests for EDC user access and monitor compliance.
• Maintain the Standards & Systems SharePoint site and ensure content is current.
• Attend standards and systems departmental meetings and study team meetings.
• Draft, update, and improve departmental process documents and workflows.
