Qualifications

• 1 Year Front Desk Experience required.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and explain visit flow to them.
• Schedule patient appointments in person and by phone.
• Maintain communication with attorneys, insurance providers, translation companies, and center leadership.
• Collect co-pays, manage payer approvals, and verify insurance.
