The Dermatology Group is looking for a patient services representative to join our front-desk team across Ohio locations. You will manage patient registration, scheduling, and coordination of clinical calls to support seamless care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0-1 years of customer service experience.
• Proficient in collecting patient payments at the time of service.
• Skilled in navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously.
• Competent in Microsoft Office applications.
• Position works at multiple locations Hyde Park, Blue Ash, Mason and other locations.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage registration and appointment scheduling.
• Triage and route clinical calls to departments.
• Assist patients with forms and paperwork.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming lobby.
• Enter referral information and manage patient records.
• Adhere to productivity benchmarks and billing processes.
• Ensure punctuality and reliability.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
