Qualifications

• High School Grad or Equiv [Required]
• 3+ customer service experience [Required]
• Computer experience [Required]
• Relevant experience, preferably in hospital or hospitality industry [Required]

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone and respond to patient questions to ensure resolution.
• Register patients by obtaining demographic, employment, insurance and medical data.
• Verify insurance eligibility and determine upfront payment amounts.
• Prepare and file medical records as required.
• Participate in departmental performance improvement initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
