US Fertility is seeking a Patient Services Coordinator for their RMA of New York location in Albee Square, Brooklyn. This full-time role supports patients at the front desk, handles scheduling, and ensures accurate insurance information and billing at the point of service.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma (associates/bachelor's preferred), strong verbal/reading skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Strong verbal and reading skills are essential for patient interactions.
• Basic familiarity with computers and office devices is expected.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications is preferred.
• Medical office experience and interest in reproductive medicine are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients with polite, professional communication.
• Front desk operations and greeting patients.
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments.
• Prepare patient charts and ensure correct forms are used.
• Collect patient payments and verify insurance details.
• Use good judgment and take initiative in daily tasks.
