The Patient Services Coordinator, LPN/LVN acts as a vital link between clinical staff and patients, along with their families and caregivers. Responsible for scheduling, organizing, and managing all aspects of a patient's healthcare maintenance and treatment. Makes decisions regarding own work approach/priorities, and follows direction. Work is managed and often guided by precedent and/or documented procedures/regulations/professional standards with some interpretation.
Required Experience/Skills:
Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40
Pay Range: $45,400 - $61,300 per year, depending on location and experience.
