Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator to serve as the vital link between patients, providers, and insurers, ensuring a seamless care journey. You will verify insurance, secure authorizations, coordinate referrals, and help optimize schedules to keep the practice running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High School or GED diploma required.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience (healthcare preferred).

Responsibilities

• Reconcile patient payments and units billed while following HIPAA guidelines.
• Follow appropriate processes for Insurance Verification and/or benefits management.
• Obtain authorization and/or prior authorization.
• Over the counter collections and reconciliation of all charges weekly and monthly.
• Maintain relationships with patients, providers, clinicians, and internal operational departments.
