Illinois Bone & Joint Institute seeks a Patient Services Coordinator I to join the Westmont and Western Springs offices. The role emphasizes exceptional patient-centered service, accurate registration, scheduling, and contributing to a positive team atmosphere.
The position is part-time (32 hours/week) with 12 pm–8 pm shifts, offering opportunities to grow as IBJI expands and deepens community involvement. Prior medical office experience is preferred.
IBJI is seeking a professional, adaptable, and positive Patient Services Coordinator I to join our team and work at our Westmont and Western Springs offices. Part‑time – 32 hours per week with shifts from 12 pm to 8 pm, split between Westmont and Western Springs.
The main focus of this position is to deliver exceptional patient‑centered customer service and support IBJI teams. Responsibilities include accurate registration, optimal patient scheduling and other office duties that contribute to a great patient experience, a positive team atmosphere and achievement of company goals.
Work may require hand dexterity for office machine operation; using a calculator and/or computer keyboard. Physical demands may also include stooping, bending or reaching to files and supplies, wearing a headset, mobility to complete errands or deliveries, sitting for extended periods of time and viewing a computer monitor.
Must be available to work a flexible schedule to meet the demands of a changing scheduling environment and accommodate the needs of the practice. Work is performed in a fast-paced office environment and involves frequent contact with physicians, staff, patients and the public. Work may be stressful at times and may involve dealing with angry or upset people.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills and relevant experience. Paid holidays and paid time off are also offered.
$17.00–$22.00 per hour based on education & experience.
