US Fertility is seeking a dedicated Patient Services Coordinator to join the team at RMA of New York Long Island in East Patchogue,NY, with occasional float to Melville or Stony Brook locations. The role supports front-desk operations, patient scheduling, and insurance verification in a fast-paced fertility clinic environment.

• A successful candidate must possess a High School Degree, Associates or bachelor's preferred.
• Strong verbal and reading skills.
• Basic familiarity with computers and office devices.
• Familiarity with computer applications (Microsoft Suite).
• Medical office experience is a plus, interest in the field of reproductive medicine a must.

Opportunity Overview

We have an immediate opening for a full-time Patient Services Coordinator to join our team at RMA of New York Long Island in East Patchogue, New York and will float as needed to Melville, New York or Stony Brook, New York locations.

• Schedule: Monday through Friday; 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern Time. With an occasional weekend and holiday as needed at our Melville, New York location as requested.
• Compensation: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)
