Responsibilities

• Answer 100-200 incoming phone calls daily in a polite and efficient manner.
• Ensure patient satisfaction by listening and assessing patient needs, scheduling and rescheduling appointments, taking clear and accurate messages, and routing patient messages to appropriate healthcare personnel.
• Promote teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Performs duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke’s mission and values.
