Responsibilities

• Manage patient registration, pre-certification and billing processes.
• Post payments, balance reports, and ensure accurate coding of diagnoses.
• Greet patients, verify insurance, schedule and coordinate appointments.
• Handle cash deposits, daily reconciliations, and financial arrangements.
• Provide front office support and respond to patient inquiries.
• Assist with outpatient coding and claims processing.
