Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Register patients and manage pre-certification, charge capture and insurance accuracy.
• Post payments, balance with daily reports, and ensure correct coding of physician diagnoses.
• Greet patients, verify insurance information, and schedule appointments.
• Code and post outpatient charges; collect payments and maintain patient accounts.
• Assist with billing, define insurance forms, and respond to patient inquiries about accounts.
