Mortenson Dental Partners is seeking a Bilingual Inbound Call Center Rep to support the Patient Services Team remotely. The role handles inbound calls to schedule appointments, requiring strong bilingual English/Spanish communication and excellent customer service in a fast-paced dental environment.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of bilingual contact center experience and at least a High School diploma, with dental exposure welcomed.

Qualifications

• 1 year using both English and Spanish languages in a professional and/or contact center capacity.
• Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
• 1 year dental experience.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Ensures telephone is answered in a timely and professional capacity.
• Maintains quality while consistently maintaining minimum expectation levels.
• Accurately schedules and cancels patient appointments and inputs correct patient data into appropriate systems to ensure manageable and profitable schedules for dentists and hygienists.
• Effectively converses in Spanish while entering information into systems in English.

Bilingual Inbound Call Center Rep Job ID: 1007

Location: Must live in one of the following states (Utah, Nebraska, Iowa, Georgia, South Carolina, Texas, Indiana, Ohio, or Kentucky)

Job Type: Full-time Remote

The primary role of the Call Center (Patient Services Team) is to take inbound calls and assist new and existing patients in scheduling appointments at our dental offices.

Previous customer service experience and the ability to multitask while communicating on the phone and in writing with patients are a must. Dental knowledge is a plus.

The start date for this training class will be December 2, 2026. New hires must be available to meet virtually to provide I-9 documents before the start date provided on the offer. In-state hires will have one in-person day to pick up equipment. Out-of-state hire equipment will be shipped after I-9 documents are confirmed.
