Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. There will be one evening per week when the office operates until 6:00 PM, either Tuesday or Thursday, depending on the office schedule. The Patient Services Associate (PSA) II enhances the patient/customer experience by courteously and professionally processing arrival and departure activities associated with visits to the practice/department. Obtains pre certifications and/or pre authorizations for procedures, verifies insurance, referrals and patient demographic information.
