• Process check-ins and check-outs, schedule appointments via EPIC.
• Obtain pre-certifications and pre-authorizations for procedures.
• Maintain smooth practice operations and escalate concerns as needed.
• Greet and interact professionally with patients and visitors, both in person and over the phone.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all regulatory standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
