Job summary

Thomas Jefferson University Abington Memorial Hospital is seeking a Patient Services Associate (PSA) I to professionally process arrival/departure activities for outpatient visits. You will verify insurance, referrals, and demographics while ensuring a smooth flow to examination rooms, upholding the Jefferson Experience.

You will greet patients, assist with scheduling, handle check-in/check-out, and maintain confidentiality, contributing to a respectful, efficient clinic environment.
