Nappi Wellness Institute is seeking a Patient Services Ambassador to greet patients and visitors, handle incoming calls, and support daily front-desk duties. You will be responsible for issuing visitor badges and guiding patients to their appointments, ensuring courteous and efficient service.

• One year full-time clerical, secretarial or patient care experience in a healthcare setting.

Responsabilités

• Answering telephones, filing, copying, etc.
• Greet patients, families and visitors and issue visitor badges/hard badges in a courteous manner.
• Escort patients in wheelchairs to their appointment.
