Job summary

Qualifications

• License/Certifications: CHAA preferred.
• Experience: 1 year in customer service or data entry in healthcare preferred. Computer experience required.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephones, schedule appointments, and perform general office duties.
• Collect, verify, enter, and monitor patient data; maintain confidentiality policies.
