Job summary

Tenet Physician Resources in Worcester, MA is seeking a front office professional for a physician practice.

You will greet patients, answer and schedule calls, check in/out, collect demographics, verify insurance, handle referrals, collect co-pays, and enroll patients in the patient portal. A $3,000 sign-on bonus is offered to new hires, with a comprehensive benefits package available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; medical office assistant program preferred.
• Two years of customer service experience, preferably in a medical office.
