Baystate Health, western Massachusetts’s premier healthcare provider, and home to Baystate Medical Practices, the largest multispecialty group in the region is looking for a Patient Service Representative to join our High St. Adult Health Center team in Springfield, MA
RESPONSIBILITIES. Baystate Health Patient Service Representatives perform a variety of different tasks throughout the day. They greet patients promptly in warm, friendly manner demonstrating appropriate amount of interest or concern. Request proof of insurance; verify using appropriate systems, initiates contact for financial counseling. Assist patients or customers fill out and complete medical release of information accurately. Accurately perform check in and check out, including co-payments. Answer phones and schedule appointments.
SCHEDULE. Full time: Monday thru Friday. No weekends, no Holidays. Must be available Monday through Friday- 9:00am-5:30pm.
