Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Patient Service Representative for the Occupational Health clinic on the McHenry hospital campus. This full-time role requires occasional travel to Huntley, Woodstock, and Lake Forest, with shifts from 6:45a–3:15p or 8:30a–5p, Monday–Friday, no weekends.
Responsibilities include check-in/out, registration, consent collection, payments handling, and scheduling. Prior customer service experience is preferred; healthcare experience and bilingual ability are a plus.
**This is a Full Time position at 40 hours per week for the Occupational Health clinic located on the McHenry hospital campus. Will require travel to provide coverage to other locations (Huntley, Woodstock & Lake Forest). It will be an 8 hour shift with earliest shift being 6:45a-3:15p and the latest shift being 8:30a-5p. Occupational Health clinic is open Monday through Friday, no weekends or major holidays.**

The Patient Service Representative supports the service area by checking patients in and out of appointments.This role will consistently demonstrate exemplary customer service when assisting patients and guests.
