Southern New Hampshire Health is seeking a Patient Service Representative Floater to provide front-office coverage across multiple practice locations. You will greet patients, manage check-ins/outs, schedule testing, handle referrals, and process payments while traveling between sites, including weekend rotations.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, strong communication, and the ability to adapt to different offices and workflows.

About the Job:

The Patient Service Representative (PSR) Float is responsible for providing front office coverage across multiple Southern New Hampshire Health practice locations as needed. This role requires flexibility and the ability to travel between practices, sometimes supporting more than one location in the same day. The PSR Float serves as a vital resource to ensure seamless operations and excellent patient service throughout the organization.
