Southern New Hampshire Health is seeking a Patient Service Representative Float to cover front desk operations across multiple practices. You will greet patients, answer calls, schedule appointments, verify registrations, collect co-pays, and scan documents into the EMR while ensuring HIPAA compliance.

The role requires travel between locations, weekend and holiday rotations, and a compassionate, team-oriented approach to deliver outstanding patient service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Minimum one year of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel between multiple Southern New Hampshire Health practice locations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct patients, visitors, and customers in a professional and compassionate manner.
• Answer incoming telephone calls and provide general information.
• Perform patient check-in and check-out functions.
• Schedule appointments and requested testing.
• Enter and track referrals; verify and update patient demographics.
• Collect and process co-pays and daily payment batches accurately.
• Scan and index documentation into the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Provide coverage for multiple practice locations, including weekend and holiday rotations.

This role requires flexibility and the ability to travel between practices, sometimes supporting more than one location in the same day.
