Patient Service Representative float is responsible for coordinating the daily administration of and providing white glove service to doctors, staff, visitors, and patients. They greet and welcome patients, schedule appointments, answer patient inquiries, handle patient emergencies, and process payments. As a Patient Service Representaitve float you will be tasked with providing coverage at different locations as needed for coverage while being based out of one location.
