Job summary

Imaging Healthcare Specialists (IHS) is seeking a Patient Service Representative to greet patients, check them in, and coordinate with referring physicians to ensure a smooth imaging experience.

You will use Microsoft Office and EHR systems, maintain patient data, and collaborate with clinicians to deliver an outstanding patient journey. This role requires a patient, empathetic individual with strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• 1–3 months of related experience and/or training in customer service preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHR systems.
• Friendly, compassionate, and empathetic demeanor with strong communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
• Availability for night and weekend shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

Imaging Healthcare Specialists (IHS) is seeking aPatient Service Representative to provide exceptional service and support to patients throughout their imaging experience. In this role, you’ll be the welcoming face of IHS, helping patients check in, answering questions, coordinating with referring physicians, and ensuring every visit runs smoothly from start to finish.
