Job summary

Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group is seeking a friendly customer service professional for the Front Desk in Chicago. You will greet patients, provide information, and coordinate with multiple departments to support daily operations.

Full-time, dayshift, with a strong emphasis on accurate scheduling and patient experience. Previous healthcare front desk exposure and basic office equipment skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year experience in customer service.
• Six (6) months experience in a health care setting and office equipment preferred.
• Current BLS certificate, preferred.
