Intermountain Health in Billings, MT is seeking a part-time position (20 hours weekly) focused on home medical equipment administration. The role involves handling referrals, orders, billing, and insurance verification, with attention to accuracy and patient-centered service. Responsibilities include auditing, ICD-9/ICD-10 coding, and maintaining compliance while delivering exceptional customer care to patients and providers.
Coordinates Home Medical Equipment (HME) orders, ensuring accurate documentation, timely delivery, patient education, and effective communication with patients, providers, and referral sources. Field/Delivery roles also deliver HME products and supplies to customers.
Pay Rate: Based on Experience
Shift Details: 20 hours / part time benefits
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 4 hours per day between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Specific work hours are negotiable based on candidate availability and business needs.
Current driver’s license insured and reliable transportation, and an acceptable driving record. (will be verified)
