Job summary

Envision Imaging is seeking a Part Time Patient Service Representative in Rockwall, TX. Schedule: Mon Tue Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. This role includes cross-training into a Bone Density Technician position and performing DEXA scans.

The PSR focuses on patient care, manages check-in/out, data entry, and scheduling while handling insurance verification and payments with a commitment to high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Answers inbound calls to the Center.
• Provides a friendly and warm greeting to all patients and/or providers.
• Checks scheduled patients in/out and ensures proper documentation.
• Collects co-pays, co-insurance, and deductible if necessary.
• Listens and resolves patient, provider, and customer complaints.
• Ensures accurate data entry for patient registration.
• Assists with medical records as needed.
• Ensures queues are processed promptly and compliantly.
• Manages eRIS Center workflow, including daily schedule and billing.
• Monitors schedule and carrier-related issues as needed.
• Supports processes to deliver outstanding service.
